Irgendwie reizen die mich jetzt auch, die Beispiele hier klingen cool, aber ich arbeite mich jetzt erst mal in Ruhe durch die anderen Pakete, sonst wird es unübersichtlich. Momentan mag ich am liebsten die v30 en 08, und zwar die vintage Varianten, ob precise oder raw weiss ich noch nicht

Sunn gehört heute wohl zu Fender.

Früher wurden sunn amps+boxen z.B. von The Who gespielt.

Die sehen ja voll retro aus...........interessant, daß die so nen Sound herschmeißen.

Hm, wollt mir gerade ein paar Cabs von Ownhammer kaufen und bekomm beim 3ten Cab die Rückmeldung, ich hätte mein Maximum überschritten. Ich schmeiß mich weg, die Anzahl der Cabs, die man kaufen darf scheint limitiert zu sein ruust:

Wirklich lustig, ich hab mir dort auch schon mal mehr auf einmal in den Einkaufskorb gelegt.
Hab auch meinen Rabatt bekommen aber eben nur 2 Cabs in den Warenkorb legen dürfen
Vielleicht reicht die Bandbreite, die er zur Verfügung hat für die Downloads nicht mehr aus.
Es kommt auch ein Hinweis, man möge nur ein Cab auf einmal herunterladen. Hab ich bislang entweder übersehen oder ist neu

Vielleicht schreib ich ihm mal ne Email. Vielleicht bin ich auch nicht vertrauenswürdig

Ah stimmt das mit dem sequentiellen Download hatte ich auch, ist wohl wie Du vermutest eine Bandbreiteneinschränkung...

Wie ich mich aufs testen nächstes WoE freue, Mist ist noch so lange hin ...

I've used the Sun cab and speaker quite a bit since they were released.
The 2 latest clips I posted in the recording section on this forum were done with the Sun cab and/or speaker.
Although it is a huge sounding speaker wich can be great for rock or metal it is also very suitable for clean stuff.
I like the V30 a lot in it but the Sun speaker also works amazingly.
If you have too much low end with this cab simply lower the low resonance in the speaker tab in the amp block.


What do you mean by smooth?
Lots of people really like the EN-08, I think that one is pretty smooth!

I love the Sunn V30 and SB-75 and I'm definitely no "Djenter".


Here's a test I did last week.
An old patch I used with the High Gain Essentials.
Didn't tweak or change it at all and just used it with some of the new V3 versions.
Always with the same OH mix and the same stupid riff to hear the differences.

- Quick File Name Update -

Since I know not everybody is on Facebook and many may be following this thread for various things, wanted to pass this along.

As I now have the other non-Heritage Series reissue 75 Hz G12M the site by way of the new 412-GTR MAR-TV cabinet, I needed to rename the M-RI-75 to the M-RI20-75. I've updated the zips on the site and everything in everyone's accounts if those of you that picked up that speaker in the Bogner and/or Mesa cabs want to grab the files with the new names.

- New Cab -

As aforementioned, 10 new V3 Mix libraries are now available for a Marshall 1960TV cab (FOUND HERE). Before anyone asks what it sounds like, it has that Marshall roundness to the attack, but the larger chamber lowers the resonance frequency, so this will not be as low-mid heavy as other cabs. This works out SPLENDIDLY for low-mid heavy speakers like the EDVH, Fane, old greenbacks, etc, etc. Our wonderfully talented justinjcm900 has generously made this clip demonstrating the EDVH:



I know our wonderfully talented Guitarjon is also working something up. Thanks so much guys!

Hope everybody digs the cab, personally, it is one of my new favorites and I plan on immediately blasting it with more speakers, so stay tuned to that subcategory for more goodies to be regularly added.

Das blöde ist, dass ich mit diesem Musikstil nix anfangen kann. Hubi seine Rocksounds mag ich da lieber, da kann ich mir dann auch was unter der IR vorstellen...

Oh - zuviel der Ehre. Da wird ich ja gleich rot.....

TV-Box - das macht doch gerade auch Clark Kent für Pack 8- allerdings mit 25W Speakern ausschließlich. Man muß ja nicht die Mucke wie in dem Beispiel machen.....

Hi guys,

sorry.... can't stop.
With the release of the FW18 beta I had to make a new clip.
Then Ownhammer released the new Marshall TV cab impulses wich are absolutely awesome.
With every demo I make now I try to do something new.
Usually I'm more of a scooped modern Recto amp kinda guy so I thought it would be fun to use my Les Paul classic with the Friedman (or is it Freidman) amp wich is now G3fied!
I'm going for a more mid-pronounced tone here and the M-PR20-75 speakers works wonders for that in this cab.
For the middle part I used the middle pick-up on the les paul with the new G3 JCM 800.
The amp settings were basic, no drastic EQ but I used the bright switch on the HBE.



These IR's were used:

main heavy rhythm: OH 412 NAR-TV M-PR20-75 RMDR 01
middle part: OH 412 MAR-TV M-RI25-75 RMDR 05

Wie kann man eigentlich bei Ownhammer eine Rechnung bekommen für die Cab-Einkäufe? (Für die Steuer der Band......)

Hüstel, ... wird da die Steuer überhaupt ausgewiesen bei OH?

Bei so kleinen Beträgen muss die Steuer doch eh nicht ausgewiesen werden
